Considering the # being called is unlisted and is on the DNC list shows that the DNC list in Canada is a data gathering list and not a protection list. If having an unlisted #/# not in public phone books does not protect Canadians from being HARASSED in their own homes and the DNC list does not prevent Canadians from being HARASSED in their homes, what options do we have to maintain a protected environment in our own homes?
