Someone claiming to be a delivery person, also claiming to have documents that require your signature, from some entity you have no know business dealings with. The fact is, if you had/have a business relationship with this unknown entity, they most certainly would reach out to you directly, versus the first time you hear of them is from some alleged courier requiring your signature!

I got a call from a private number; a woman said that she wanted to know when I will be home because I was being server paper for a civil law suit. I told her that I did not know that someone was suing me... after a few minutes of discussing this she gave me a telephone number 833-628-0107, a man answered and said that he is an lawyer for the plaintiff and that his name was Michael Epstein. He told me that HSBC Cap1 (two separate entities, which he made appear as one, which was my first red flag,) was suing me for a credit card depth from 2008 (second red flag.) I told him that I will wait for the subpoena and hung up the phone. No one served me with anything the next day... no surprise there. I did a search on the 833 telephone number and two names came up Farel Seier and Ontibile Seivers, African names. This is obviously a SCAM.

Frequent calls. Every hour all night. I did not answer.
