It's a scammer! The scammer poses as a property owner looking to rent their property, but is using another person's property to scam you into sending them a deposit. They want a deposit by CashApp or directly into their bank account!!!!!! SCAM! They claim there are two other people interested in the the property that you want to rent and whoever we receive a deposit from first is the person who gets to rent our property. They don't own the property! They are scamming for the deposit money!!!!

THEY CLAIM THAT THE CALL IS FOR A OVER CHARGE OF ELECTRIC BILL AND WANTS TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. THEY SAY PEPCO, BUT THE CALLER ID STATES NASA GODARD. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE DISCREPENCY CLAIMS THAT WAS HIS SUPERVISOR. HIS NAME WAS ADAM. NOT GIVING OUT MY ACCT NUMBER UNTIL I GET VERIFICATION
