Comments : Caller ID came up as Loretta Fulk. Was attempting to get info on whether I had health insurance & claimed I put a request in for her call. She identified herself as being from the Health Care Authority in WA state. My ph# is unlisted & I did't make any request. When I asked when this "recent" request was made &how she got ph# she hung up. I called the ph# that she called on &got voicemail (not a business or health authority) same voice as person who just called. She want social security number, DOB, etc that can be used to steal ID. # is a Cellco Partnership w/Verizon Wireless &belongs to a mobile device. Call Verizon & let them know if you too have been contacted by this scammer. File complaints! The owner currently lives in Sherwood, OR, not WA &has 12 different addresses attached to this "business" phone number.
