Comments : fraudulently money deducted from my account through UPI mandate. as his no. is mention in website as IRCTC representative, I had call to him for ticket cancellation and also for refund inquiry, he said that "we sending you a link and enter your UPI code and ticket amount and submit, payment will be refund in 2 working days" i did same as per instruction open the link mention UPI code and amount and submit. after 2 hours received the 10 no. SMS that amount 1999*10 deducted from account bank of India, requesting you to kindly track this guys and recover my amount as my financial condition is not good and also job is off reason COVID-19 corona Virus Regards Vijay Patel 8225090006
